AMMS Studio

AMMS's beautiful and state-of-the-art, new studio is approximately 3000 square feet and consists of a meditation area, 2 bathrooms, a small gear and apparel store, a weight room, and 2 main training areas--the warm-up room and the class room, including a boxing ring and MMA octagon cage.

As you'll tell, however, once inside our academy, AMMS IS NOT a Gym. We are more so a Temple--a place of learning, teaching, honoring, and growing. Meditation and prayer are just as important as hitting the bag and throwing a pristine punch.
