AMMS' Kids Mixed Martial Science program is for ages 7-13 years old.
It combines Jiu-Jitsu (ground fighting) and Muay Thai (kickboxing) techniques with discipline, focus, and life skills. A bit less structured and formal than the Tae Kwon Do program, Mixed Martial Science is designed to be more practical for actual application. Our professional instructors combine physical activity, fun, and important life lessons to help children be not only great martial artists, but healthy, well-rounded individuals and future leaders in the community.
