AMMS Head Instructor and Founder, Coach Jeremy Pollack, appeared on the CW's "Plain Jane" Reality Series this past week, teaching the star of this week's show a Kickboxing lesson. The lesson focused not only on technique, but personal power, as the point was to help this "Plain Jane" become more confident and find her inner strength.
