Los Angeles Kickboxing Classes

' KICKFIT program consists of Martial Arts & Kickboxing fitness classes, incorporating a mixture of Thai Boxing, American Kickboxing, and Western Boxing techniques and cross-fit. Tone and/or build muscle and core strength, and learn kickboxing techniques. Kickfit involves isometric exercises, plyometrics, cardio, strength training, stretching, and several other total body fitness regimens to mold you into optimal shape.
